Dancing Rose is located on 2 acres, tucked in a neighborhood with 14 houses equidistant apart, just walking distance from 3 resorts, swimming and hiking trails. The apartment is 850 square feet, 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a large living room and an eat in kitchen. There is a 500 sq ft porch out front that is shared with another apartment with the exact same layout. Large parties are able to rent both sides of the home to enjoy all 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens. The driveway can fit 6 cars comfortably with additional space in the garage upon request. There is also, a large front and backyard to enjoy. The Catskill Mountains are famous for its thousands of miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, some of New York's best ski resorts, opportunities for rock climbing, an abundance of lakes, ponds, creeks, and streams for paddling adventures, swimming and fishing. Within these beautiful mountains you have Roundtop. Roundtop is a little pocket of the Catskills that offers a diverse range of cultures, music and art. Within 25 minutes of the house you can experience German-themed restaurants where dirndls and lederhosen are a common sight, parties with the sounds of deep house music from Brooklyns famous Dope Jams Record Store, Drive in movie theaters, golf Courses, breweries, zoos and even a water park called Flume Zoom.
